- Caregivers must pass a national criminal background check, social security verification, drug tests, TB testing, personal interview and skills tests, obtain a Food Handler's Card, provide verifiable employer and personal references
- Caregivers are employees of AEHC, ensuring payment of worker’s compensation, payroll and social security taxes
- Caregivers are matched to the individual Client based on skill, experience, personality and compatibility
- Caregivers are required to complete an additional six training hours per year to stay current with care standards
- Caregivers must complete a 3 hour orientation and a six hour OSHA Safety Training Program before they can work
