- Caregivers must pass a national criminal background check, social security verification, employer and personal reference check, personal interview and skills test
- Caregivers are employees of AEHC, ensuring payment of worker’s compensation, payroll and social security taxes
- Caregivers are matched to the individual Client based on skill, experience, personality and compatibility
